$16,500. That’s the amount of money that Jake Winters and the Purcell-Winters Luton Properties team raised for Camp Quality this week.
With help from some members of the Canberra real estate community, Jake put together the Ultimate Home Sales Package. Valued at $30,000, the package provides everything you need to sell your home stress free. The team at Impressions Property Styling had the privilege of donating their services to the great cause, along with; Allhomes, Domain, Realestate.com, Residential Reports, Raw Promotional Media, and Focus Total Property Care.
The package sat online on an auction page for weeks at a low $2,000, a rocky and slow-moving start. On the final day, Jake told me, “it jumped up to $5,000 and from there on up until the end of the auction at 9:45 it was slowly climbing and finally finished on a staggering $16,500! We were absolutely blown away with the results.”
“I’m sure almost everyone has been touched by cancer in some way shape or form but the kids of camp quality I believe are some that truly deserve as much help as they can get.”
The auction was just part of Jake’s plan. After utilising his love for real estate, he began to focus on his passion for cars and the Camp Quality Classic Cruise. His inner superhero emerged on the 9th of September as he joined the other drivers on the course in his bright red Iron Man car.
