We can use your furniture

The accessory only package is designed for clients who have existing furniture in their property. This is a great option for those who do not have the option of removing and storing their existing items.

You can improve the image of your home by hiring accessories, which are then styled by our interior designers.

We will de-clutter, pack away and then arrange and personalise the property to reflect the style and character of your home. This will include a selection of hired accessories as well as using where possible your own accessories and personal items from around the house.

As qualified interior designers we do not work to a staging formula. Rather we follow a creative process by creating the right image and atmosphere with a view of attracting the most amount of potential buyers and ensuring the best possible price when marketing your property. We take into consideration web based marketing, open house traffic flow and most importantly, the potential buyer being able to visualise themselves in the property.

  • Hire of required accessories for both the inside and outside of the home
  • On site advice from our stylist in preparing your home for sale
  • Delivery
  • De-cluttering and de-personalising
  • Installation
  • Presentation (including hanging art and making beds)
  • Removal of hired furniture and accessories

How can I arrange a quote?

You can arrange a quote through our contacts page via email or phone directly for prompt, friendly and professional service.

How much notice do you need?

Where possible Impressions Property Styling will work within your or your agent’s timeframes. However we can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance. Please contact us to confirm availability.

How long does an install take?

Every property is different; however generally allow 1 full day.

Do I need to be home while you are styling?

This is your choice. If you can’t be home due to other commitments, we will arrange all details with you prior to arriving.

Will I need to remove and store some of my items before you start?

We recommend you put all personal items away such as keys, wallets, medication and any items that have personal information such a bill, letters etc. During the in house appraisal our designer will advise you of any de cluttering or removal of any items that may need to be completed before property styling begins. However we may de-clutter and remove additional items for you to store.

What if I want to purchase any furniture or accessories?

We can on-sell most of the furniture and accessories we use. Contact us for a price.

If my house doesn’t sell can I extend the hire?

Yes. You will be contacted by us at the end of your hire period and given the option to arrange for a hire extension. Hire rates are listed on your original quote.

I am having my property professionally cleaned, when should I book in cleaning?

When selling your house any agent will tell you that you need to clean, clean and then clean again.
We recommend professional cleaning before we arrive.

  • inside cupboards / shelves

*however as we delivering furniture rain, hail or shine, you may need to do a light vacuum and mop after we have finished.
