Partial furniture and accessory hire

The combined package is designed for clients who require a selection of hired pieces to complement their existing furniture and accessories. This is a great option for owners who plan to continue to live in their house throughout the marketing campaign.

Our interior designers will select a range of furniture and accessories to complement your existing pieces, creating a look that is welcoming, balanced, and complete. We will select, deliver and install the furniture and accessories, as well as de-clutter, re arrange existing items and dress all rooms in your house ready for marketing photos.

Impressions Property Styling is committed to creating beautiful and coordinated properties for presentation that don’t look staged or uninviting. Each home is styled to maximise space, enhance features and appeal to a wide range of buyers.

  • Hire of required furniture and accessories for both the inside and outside of the home
  • On site advice from our stylist in preparing your home for sale
  • Delivery
  • Advising your de-cluttering process and de-personalising
  • Installation
  • Presentation (including hanging art and making beds)

How can I arrange a quote?

You can arrange a quote through our contacts page via email or phone directly for prompt, friendly and professional service.

How much notice do you need?

Where possible Impressions Property Styling will work within your or your agent’s timeframes. However we can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance. Please contact us to confirm availability.

How long does an install take?

Every property is different; Every property is different; however generally allow 1 to 2 days.

Do I need to be home while you are styling?

This is your choice. If you can’t be home due to other commitments, we will arrange all details with you prior to arriving.

Will I need to remove and store some of my items before you start?

We recommend you put all personal items away such as keys, wallets, medication and any items that have personal information such a bill, or personal letters etc. During the in house appraisal our designer will advise you of any de cluttering or removal of items that may need to be completed before property styling begins. However we may de clutter and remove additional items for you to store as we are styling.

What if I want to purchase any furniture or accessories?

We can on-sell most of the furniture and accessories we use. Contact us for a price.

If my house doesn’t sell can I extend the hire?

Yes. You will be contacted by us at the end of your hire period and given the option to arrange for a hire extension. Hire rates are listed on your original quote.

I am having my property professionally cleaned, when should I book in cleaning?

When selling your house any agent will tell you that you need to clean, clean and then clean again.
We recommend professional cleaning before we arrive.

  • inside cupboards / shelves

*however as we delivering furniture rain, hail or shine, you may need to do a light vacuum and mop after we have finished.

What style of furniture will you be using?

We have a large range of furniture to select from ranging from modern to classic. We will choose pieces that will suit the style and character of your home. We will also work closely with your agent or yourself to establish the properties target market and choose the style accordingly.
